Privatized Metering and Billing System

The MBS system was developed to assist in gathering field meter reading data, posting the data for billing, producing statements for reimbursable customers, and tracking customer data.  Utilizing Trimble Nomad handheld
devices, we have implemented a field data entry system that easily integrates with the back end billing database to produce quality and accurate bills for the government.  In addition, the system interfaces with customer Automated
Meter Systems to create real time reports and easy billing data imports.  MBS reporting focuses on Billing Q/A, Account History, and DPW required monthly and year end reporting.

Demand Maintenance Order Management System (DMOMS)

Utility system government contracts require many reports focusing on DMO and Task Orders opened/closed throughout the year.  Our DMOMS system is a ONE-STOP center for entering, assigning, tracking, and reporting DMOs for your utility.  In addition, the DMOMS system provides full tracking of internal service orders not issued by the government.  DMOMS also produces monthly reports for the government regarding outages including the Form1, Form2, and Form3 reports.

Substation Management System (SMS)

Maintaining critical system infrastructure require constant attention.  Tracking inspections and maintenance on each substation is a critical task for privatized electric service companies.  The SMS system was built to assist our customers with tracking all substation related inspection data, forecasting upcoming inspections, and producing reports to assist our utilities with providing valuable feedback to government requests.

Job Estimate System (JES)

Our clients at Fort Bragg, Sandhills Utility Services, LLC, needed an efficient way to create government Job Estimates based on jobs staked in the field.  We created a system the flows seemlessly from their GIS system

Generator Management System (GMS)

Our clients at Fort Bragg, Sandhills Utility Services, LLC, provide the valuable service of generator maintenance and testing for Fort Bragg.   SUS tasked us with writing a system to assist them with tracking all generators on the base, tracking maintenance on each unit, including specific inspection check sheets, handling parts orders and forecasting for generator maintenance, and producing reports for the government and EPA.  Our GMS system provides an easy interface for the SUS Generator department and can be accessed throughout the post for easy data entry while on location.  Contact us if you would like more information on our Generator Management System.
